Delivery status
No message is presented as sent when no provider can deliver it.
Email sign-in is available; transactional delivery is controlled by the deployed environment.
Password-reset responses remain neutral. For invitations, an authorized administrator sees whether the configured provider accepted delivery and receives a one-time fallback only when it did not.
